1. Service Description
MultiTally is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides cross-marketplace profitability analytics for ecommerce sellers. The service connects to Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify via OAuth-authorized API access, ingests sales and fee data, and calculates per-SKU profitability across all connected marketplaces. MultiTally is operated by Braman Bookkeeping LLC (DBA MultiTally), Houston, Texas.

5. Data Ownership
You own your data. Sales data, COGS entries, reports, and any other content you create or import into MultiTally remain your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train machine learning models outside of providing product features directly to you (such as AI-powered categorization or margin analysis within your own dashboard).

- MultiTally accesses marketplace data (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) through OAuth credentials that you authorize. We only request the permissions necessary to pull sales, fee, order, and product data.
- We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by third-party marketplace APIs. If Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify changes or restricts their API, some features may be temporarily unavailable.
- You may revoke MultiTally's access to any marketplace at any time through the marketplace's own settings or through your MultiTally dashboard.
7. Limitation of Liability
MultiTally provides profitability analytics based on data you and your connected marketplaces supply. Important limitations:
- Not financial advice. MultiTally is an analytics tool, not a licensed accounting firm, tax advisor, or financial planner. The calculations and reports we provide are informational and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial, tax, or business decisions.
- Not a replacement for professional accounting. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for formal financial reporting and tax filing.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braman Bookkeeping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

- Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
